Through our spa and wellness services, we strive to embody that same essence — offering relief from pain, overexertion, fatigue, and stress.
Kanna Spa massage therapists are trained, certified and experienced in a wide range of modalities and can craft customized sessions, from finely tuned deep tissue work to deeply nurturing relaxation treatments. Many of our clients seek both therapeutic focus and indulgent pampering in a single session — and that balance is our specialty.
Kanna Spa began in 2010 with a focus on massage therapy and later expanded into skincare. Over time, we’ve evolved as the meaning of self-care has deepened for many of us. In today’s “busying culture,” the pressure to constantly do more — while our minds and bodies seldom experience true rest — has become the norm.
While tending to the physical body through bodywork remains as essential as routine maintenance on a car, self-care has grown into something deeper than our once-a-month tune up. Finding stillness, moving stuck energy, calming the nervous system, and cultivating peace and presence have become vital components of a more balanced and joyful life.
We now offer services that support your whole being and meet you wherever you are on your journey.
